The project partners met for the last time before the end of the project, in Zamora, Spain.
There they had the opportunity to discuss for the last time in person the progress of the project and whether it met or exceeded expectations as well as to assess the feedback with the target group and the next steps for its sustainability. This was followed by a brief review of all deliverables prior to their final release to identify errors and any omissions.
The meeting concluded with the final project conference where over 80 people attended, both carers and learners, as well as trainers, agencies, practitioners and universities/faculties.
