Start up a Competent Enterprise

The complexity and the successibility located in the systems of promotion and support of entrepreneurship that concern so much the entrepreneur, who has ineffable or latent needs, as well as the observatories of Employment and Business EXCELLENCE assault mainly due to the lack of information, which is either ineffable or latent and is impressed in the result of businesses “mortality”.

Changes in the world economy, such us globalization, emphasized also the need for easily transferable or international qualifications with an emphasis on skills of “adaptability, self-reliance, quality – consciousness, independence, creativity, motivation, the ability to deal with insecurity, the ability to unlearn old things and learn new ones, etc.

An important priority (according to the European Commission “SME Envoy”, is education and training for entrepreneurship. This is a relatively new idea for Europe, yet developing those attributes and generic abilities at the heart of entrepreneurial behaviour, and an early awareness of business and organizational skills, ecological management, can be beneficial for all. A second priority is progress in improving legislation and regulation in order to reduce the stigma of failure and encourage fresh starts. Third, given to high level of unemployment in most EU countries, this indicates a serious mismatch between educational output and SMS needs, most acutely in technical and organizational skills. (OECD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 2004).

Ιn addition there is a lack of training provision for micro firms or there constraints to take up of training including , time and place , cost and quality. There is a difficulty in finding information on the nature of the training available . the credibility of the deliverer for an SME audience is important. Problems also exist regarding lack of human support , poor presentation and unreliability of technology. ( DGENT 99/C/A3/31 S12.128934)

The project is considered to have a significant impact at the level of entrepreneurship policy (macro-) and at level of enterprises’ development (micro-) as well.
It will be an important inference of recording qualitative and quantitative parameters that influence the sustainability of a new business in the era of meta-modernism in the member states but also a comparative impression of systems with emphasis on the good practices and their dissemination. The final outputs of the projects above mentioned will be transferred into the systems in the form of a memorandum that will include findings, guidelines and proposals with regard to the configuration of a common framework for the provision of lifelong learning in entrepreneursip.

The results concern specific joint studies and monographs in the level of partnership, available as a scientifically elaborated empirical material for further analyses, differentiations, as a material of research documentation in issues of entrepreneurship.
